This excerpt is important to me and spoke to me in a weird kind of way. Everyday I see people begin to experiment with drugs, alcohol and all the crazy reckless shit that comes with it. I started that way, I saw the “glamour” in it and I wanted it. It seems like fun and it’s pure ecstasy and nothing else matters and everything’s perfect. I started that way just like everyone else. No one starts off saying “one day this will be a problem”. Kurt used the perfect words. I see people who remind me of how i used to be, way too much. And that terrifies me to the point that I can barley function
